We have a particular interest in the strategy as practice (SAP) research area which we are looking to develop further.

Therefore, this position might be especially relevant for scholars interested in the practice of strategy-making.

The job post describes required qualifications as follows:

We are looking for an inspirational and motivated thought leader to contribute to the group’s research, teaching and enterprise activities.  You should demonstrate a passion for your subject and be able to communicate that passion effectively to both academic and wider communities. We are keen to discuss new ideas in order to develop our existing research profile and complement our teaching provision. You must be able to demonstrate world-leading, impactful research output and have a highly cited publication record in leading strategy and related journals. You must have significant experience in leading externally funded research projects, mentoring junior faculty and doctoral/postdoctoral research supervision. You must have a good undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline; a PhD in a relevant field and a Postgraduate Certificate of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education/Fellowship of the HEA or equivalent.
